Self Care Tools

In my opinion, this woman developed the perfect tool for self care. I personally use the paddle blaster, Mini 1, and the Face Blaster on myself multiple times a week. It helps with arm recovery and tendon overuse from being a massage therapist.


In my studio, I use her Face Blaster and the Mini 1 every day. It yields great results for my clients and saves my hands in the process. Just go look at the transformation photos on her website and read her story. It does take some time to get results, but with continual use, they will come!!

Epsom Salt Bath Recipe

  • 2 cup Epsom Salt
  • 1/2 cup Pink Himalayan Salt
  • Run bath water as hot as you can stand it.
  • Add Essential Oil (optional) of your choice after water is ran-and right before you get in the tub.
  • Sit in it for 30-40 mins.
  • Rinse off with clean water & chill.


It takes about 20 minutes for the body to detox, and then the body is able to uptake the salts. You get the benefits of muscle relaxation and mineral uptake. It is absolutely delicious! Be sure to keep any sore body parts in the water longer. For optimum results, do this 3–4 times a week!
