I believe that massage therapy is a necessary part of injury prevention and/or recovery and general health. Massage therapy is not meant to replace medical care, but to supplement your wellness practice.
At Sacred Hands Massage & Bodywork, each sessions is tailored to your particular need. No two massages are exactly alike, because every body is different, and may have different needs as sessions continue. I may use several different modalities, techniques, or tools to help you feel your best in your session.
There are no hidden fees or add-ons with what I charge. You are welcome to provide a gratuity if you like, however it is never expected.

60 minute massage
This length of time can be used to spend an entire session on a section of the body for focused work (such as the upper body, back, or lower body), or for an introduction to massage therapy, where there are no areas that need extra attention. If you still want a full body massage, but have an area or two that are trouble spots for you, I would recommend a 90 minute session!

90 minute massage - popular
This service is recommended most often for clients. A 90 minute session allows for a full body massage, while also addressing one or two problem areas. This could also allow for a very through upper or lower body session if you experience chronic pain. Multiple massage techniques and/or tools may be used, depending on the session. Many clients that book a 90 minute session for this very reason.

120 minute massage
For deep tissue techniques, and/or a full body session that addresses multiple areas of discomfort. A 120 minute session length can allow for a full body massage session, while also addressing multiple problem areas. Several massage techniques and/or tools may be used, depending the session. Many clients reserve this appointment session have suffered multiple injuries, have had difficult surgeries, or carry a heavy stress load.
Our massage sessions can undo muscle knots, reduce anxiety, relieve fibromyalgia symptoms and remove metabolic wastes in your body.
